Changefactory - a powerful and courageous idea

We believe Changefactory is important for Norway. That's why we make these movies🌟
A great many politicians, supervisory authorities, bureaucrats, professionals and educators have met professionals and factory workers:
- In 2018-21, CF published 22 knowledge reports and three textbooks with the University Press.
- In 2018-21, CF gave talks to more than 75,000 professionals and students.
- In 2018-21, pros had more than 300 meetings per year with politicians, both nationally and in major cities.

The increasingly systematically gathered knowledge from children is changing laws, policies, professional practices and curricula.
Around 300 young professionals, aged 13-21, in schools, social services, police and the justice system, participate annually as key knowledge carriers.
CF has been working for more than 18 years to promote the experiences and advice of children and young people, the last ten years nationally.

In May 2022, Changefactory suddenly came under heavy and harsh criticism. It came at the same time, from different directions. The criticism felt painful and we believe it was unfair. At the same time, we want to learn what we can from the criticism. Many people have been afraid of what might happen to the vital knowledge of children and young people. Changefactory is needed to ensure that it is perceived as safe and useful for children - in kindergartens, schools, support services, the police and the legal system.
