Is it safe for professionals to join CF?
External survey of how pros are doing in CF now, September 2022

Young peoplewho have participated in surveys are offered the opportunity to become professionals. They disseminate the experiences and advice from the surveys. pros are therefore crucial players in the work to highlight the knowledge of children and ensure children's rights in Norway.
It is very important for CF that pros they feel safe in our organization, that they can participate in meaningful activities, and of course that they are not pressured to say something that they do not feel is right. In light of the criticism raised in early summer 2022, also from some former pros, the board commissioned an external survey of how pros feel in CF now around Norway.
How the survey was conducted
- The board of Changefactory (CF) engaged the Working Environment Center for implementation.
- The Working Environment Center conducted the survey to ensure anonymity and sent a final report of the responses to CF.
- All active professionals and former professionals, who have left autumn 2020 or later, were invited to take part in the survey
- 223 received a link with a survey
- Response rate was 83%
The results are presented, both in percentages and summarized free text HERE.
The results show that pros are satisfied and safe. At the same time, it shows learning points and provides inspiration to do some things even better.
